CHALLENGES FACED STAFF : Occupational Therapy staff - 4 Nos . One post vacant The no of cases and staff treating the cases are not sufficient Treatment period 1 hour for each case adults Paediatrics – treatment period one and half hours Not able to provide regular therapy for clients on everyday basis for some period of time because of staff constraint , we only provide home Programme. Treatment is constrained only to Department of Neurological Rehabilitation and not to other wards or other aspects of NIMHANS. Space constraintraint for paediatric facility as they require space for multisensory treatment programme..
