Department heads are responsible for nominating 1 staff from their department. Criteria for nomination should be Collaborative Team Spirit, Exceptional Customer Service or Innovation and Action.

How  do I achieve this? Given  to an employee who continuously exceeds the expectation in achieving the tasks/goals in terms of results achieved and time spent. Employee of the month process  Country  Head/ Department Head will review the nominations and chose a winning nomination which will be forwarded to  HR. The  Employee of the month committee will verify the details of the winning nominations and choose the Employee of the month winner

Eligibility Criteria's to be considered while nominating the staff. The  staff should complete 6 months in NAS from the date of hire . The staff should not have had any previous warning letter or disciplinary actions taken against him in the last 6 months. The staff should have a punctual attendance record for the last 6 months. The staff must not have unauthorized sick leaves taken during the past 6 months. If a staff has won an EOM award for the current year, that staff should not be re-nominated for the next 3 months from the month he has won the award. Nomination administration process. Each department must nominate an eligible staff, fill out the EOM Nomination form and send the email out to  their HR Teams HR will segregate the forms according to the categories and forward the forms to the Employee of the month committee to decide on the winners. The last day for each department to send out the form is 10 th  of every month.

Reward Encourage department to celebrate within their teams to motivate their staff and boost their morals.  An Employee of the month/Quarter certificate and a Gift voucher of KD 25/- / and for Global Stations  as per policy.
