[Audio] Here, let us go for a small introduction! An emergency drill which is also known as an emergency exercise or a mock drill, is a planned activity and aims to test the preparedness and response capabilities of our office staff, during an actual emergency..

[Audio] Now, what are the important things you must remember during an emergency?.

[Audio] As you heard, this is the common alarm signal denoting any emergency. To start with the Activation of the Alarm. If you find anything which requires an emergency, you can raise the Alarm which is closest to you. And if you hear an alarm continuously start moving out of the building immediately. In such situations, Do not try to grab your belongings, and also remember never use the elevators. Sometimes there might be false alarms, so kindly check with your Emergency response team before proceeding..

[Audio] On each floor, you can find two staircases in the lobby as shown in the picture. You can use these staircases to go down to reach the assembly point which is the safest designated point..

[Audio] While going down, don't panic, just follow your colleagues calmly, and very important is, not to push or run in such situations. Please follow the instructions from the emergency response team..

[Audio] Please gather at the assembly point, which is situated between the Bigmart and Nissan showroom building as shown in the picture. Make sure to assemble in an orderly manner according to your respective departments..

[Audio] And finally, the headcount...... it is important for identifying if anyone is missing or trapped in the building. Each department needs to report their attendance to the Emergency Response Team so they can quickly identify and assist anyone who may be trapped inside.
