Consist of 1 Chief Justice and 14 Associate Justices.

DIVISIONS OF SUPREME COURT. 1. Sandiganbayan. 1973 PhilippineConstitution Art. XIII: jurisdiction over criminal and civil cases involving graft and corrupt practices and such other offenses committed by public officers and employees, including those in government-owned or controlled corporations, in relation to their office as may be determined by law. (Sec. 5).

2. Court of Tax Appeal. special court of limited jurisdiction, and has the same level with the Court of Appeals Consist of 8 Associate Justices and 1 Presiding Justice.

3. Court of Appeals. an appellate collegiate court in the Philippines consists of one presiding justice and sixty-eight associate justices.
