The carrier was not involved in any crashes during the period, so there is no Crash Events Group for this carrier and no Crashes Included in SMS. The measure displayed is based on the number of acute or critical violations over a certain number of driver inspections. This measure is displayed in this graph, with a zero indicating the best performance. By clicking on the graph, you can see how the measure is calculated and how it relates to percentile. As you can see, the carrier has no hours-of-service compliance or acute or critical violations discovered.
