Manual sorting, boiling, and peeling can lead to egg damage, wastage, and reduced production speed. An automated, integrated machine is needed to improve processing speed, ensure uniformity, and reduce labor and waste. The aim is to create a machine that automates the handling of eggs by combining multiple steps into a single, continuous process. The three main operations—grading, boiling, and deshelling—are typically performed manually or using separate equipment with the key features of Automated cracking and shell removal ,High-speed processing,Egg Grading and Boiling ,User-friendly interface. Our targeted audience are Food manufacturers, catering services, food processing plants, Restaurants and government schools..

At last the machine performs deshelling process. Deshelling is the process of removing the egg's shell while keeping the boiled egg intact. The machine uses mechanical or pneumatic methods to crack the eggshell and peel it off efficiently..
