Though pickle making is one of the oldest ways of preserving food but today it is used for bringing that extra taste in our food. Pickle comes in a large variety and gets consumed by almost every Sri Lankan in the country and that’s what makes it a profitable business idea . The pickle business in Sri Lanka could be started at a small scale in households and requires very little investment. The basic skill requires for pickle making is cooking and good taste in food.
