Completed Order from Ecommerce Portal - DONE INDICATORS SCOPE: There are more things wider than expected during SCOPING TIME: Implementation of the integration between LDF and Baspro took longer than expected. There are many issues and misunderstandings that lead to long times to solve. On track with planning… RISK: Fulfillment Integration with BASPRO has completed testing. It will deploy more testing at Dry Runs POINTS OF ATTENTION (!) MAJOR FOCUS: Integration with BASPRO Fulfillment – all test scenario written out and test carefully before moving to Dry Runs Stage - DONE Integration with ERP (D365) – Order information successfully capture and sent to D365 without fail. However, it is necessary to carefully check the push of promotional orders to D365. D365 & CNV used Phone numbers for ID. LDF needs to push SO with the phone number as ID. Payment process running smoothly without failed - DONE LDF Global usually change so VN team has not kept up with the update progress, so they only rely on brand guidelines and actual to adjust. Delay the start of the Soft Launch until fixing ready. 2. If we decide to go live with some issues as per initial planning, some inventory and return orders will have to be tracked and performed manually. l HIGH Loyalty program may not be ready for Dry Run because we still waiting business modal and architecture with ERP 1. Loyalty program could be launch after LDF and launch at LDF offical opening. 2. Still recording customer sales and adding points when the loyalty is launched. l MEDIUM Promotional orders on LDF push data to D365 could appear with incorrect amounts. Leads could to revenue deviation in ERP.
