We understand the importance of physical activity and sports in a healthy lifestyle and we are committed to increasing participation and improving the standard of athletes in the sport. We have come together to create a facility that will offer two basketball courts dressing rooms a lounge with a TV screen and will host fundraising events for both male and female participants. We are excited to offer a free membership for the first month and later charge a membership fee of 2599 rupees per month and we will also offer sponsorships and fundraising initiatives for children and youth. Our goal is to promote basketball as a sport that can lead to contenders at national and international levels..

[Audio] Growing up in the outskirts of the city we were avid basketball enthusiasts. We spent countless hours perfecting our skills and enjoying the sport. As we grew older our passion for basketball remained strong. However we realized that our influence was limited to our small community. We wanted to do more to make a bigger impact on the sport and the city we love. That's why we came up with this plan. Our goal is to elevate the popularity and participation of basketball in New Delhi and ultimately to make it a city known for its love of the sport. We want to inspire others to join us in our mission to make basketball a part of the city's identity and culture. We believe that our passion and dedication can make a difference and we invite you to join us on this journey..

[Audio] Our plans for promoting basketball in our community include a facility with two equally sized outdoor basketball courts perfect for casual play and organized games. The two dressing rooms provide basic changing areas storage areas and bathrooms for players to use. Our designated management building and lounge equipped with a tv screen to show live basketball matches will create a passion for the sport within our community. Our facility will be a valuable resource for players of all ages and skill levels. We are excited to serve our community in this way..

[Audio] Our five-year plan commences with several phases. The first phase centers on publicizing our facility and interacting with the community. We offer a free membership to all individuals for the first month. Those who enroll within the first three days receive an additional month of membership at no cost. Our promotion strategies include local radio advertisements and posters. We also engage with the youth by visiting local schools and charities. The aim of this phase is to increase awareness about the advantages of basketball both recreationally and as a stepping stone to future career opportunities..

We believe that basketball is a great sport for people of all ages and skill levels and we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for everyone who wants to play. We are setting fees for our facility in the second month. Our fees for adults will be 2599 rupees per month which we believe will ensure the consistent growth of our facility and enable us to continue to offer high-quality services to our members. For children under the age of 7 we will be setting fees at 499 rupees per month. And for the youth under charity admission will be generously covered through sponsorships and fundraising initiatives. We believe that everyone should have an opportunity to play basketball and we are committed to making that happen. During seasoned holidays all membership fees will be reduced by 20%. We want to make sure that everyone can enjoy the sport regardless of their financial situation. Thank you for considering our facility and we hope to see you on the court soon!.

[Audio] We will focus on fundraising activities in the next phase of our promotion plan. Our comprehensive fundraising plan will help us achieve the goal of generating funds for maintaining and expanding our facility. Our participation fee for each team will be set at 1000 rupees which we believe will facilitate the inclusion of a large number of teams. We are grateful for the support of local sponsors who will provide sportswear and equipment for our event. Our primary source of income will be from admission fees spectator beverage sales and donations for facility improvements. We believe this will serve as the primary means of generating funds for the maintenance and expansion of our facility. Our fundraising event will include a variety of tournaments for both male and female participants including U10 U13 U16 and U-2-0 youth tournaments and a 3v3 adult tournament. In addition to donations for the facility the tournament will also raise funds for local charities which we are thrilled to be able to give back to our community..

[Audio] We are currently upgrading our major facilities as we continue to generate enough funds through admission fees fundraising events and sponsorships. As part of these upgrades we will be adding an indoor training center with 2 basketball courts and storage rooms. This will allow us to store more equipment and continue training sessions in bad weather. Additionally we will be expanding our management building which will include rooms designated for courses for professional and youth coaches in basketball. This will increase the number of employees for coaching and allow us to frequently discuss and work on major developments to our facility..

[Audio] Our focus today is on the minor facility upgrades that we will be making monthly. These upgrades will be determined by voting polls that will be given to our members. Our main goal for these upgrades is to enhance the atmosphere of our weekend fundraisers and improve the quality of our existing facilities. Before any changes come into effect we will be adding a mini restaurant spectator seats for our weekend fundraisers and the addition of more professional basketball coaches from around India..

[Audio] We are excited to announce the launch of our basketball promotion program aimed at educating and inspiring the younger generation about the sport. Our weekly sessions will be conducted after school hours and will be open to primary and secondary students. The first session will hold primary students from 1pm to 3pm while the session for secondary students will run from 4pm to 6pm. We will be conducting technical sessions on Monday Wednesday and Friday as well as tactical sessions on Tuesday and Thursday. On Sundays and weekday holidays the facility will be open for 299 rupees with an open access to all basketball courts primarily for entertainment purposes or individual sessions. However any damage caused to the facility will result in a fine of 499 rupees plus potential replacement costs. We encourage everyone to join us and experience the thrill of basketball!.

We are also organizing and managing weekend fundraising events to raise money for the facilities growth. In addition to this we are requesting the Basketball Federation of India to provide funds for major expansion projects..
