This digital tool does bottoms up creation of granular cost models thus providing visibility to Raw & Pack material prices, conversion and other granular cost components going into finished goods. Approved costs books by respective buyers are then extracted from digital tool into power BI tool thus enabling various analytics and quantitative identification of savings opportunity dashboards along with multitude of actionable insights. S&I Team consolidates these opportunity savings and share them with respective buyers across all clusters for evaluating & implementing feasible opportunities..
