In the name of our project manager Engineer Ruben B Manrique and my co-project engineer Charlene Joy Antiga, allow me to present to you our week update for the project Rehabilitation/Improvement of Claveria Port Project as of June 16, 2022. Presenting now is Engineer Jeomar A Bautista..

[Audio] This slide shows the project time elapse as of the date. As reflected, the project has already lapsed 344 calendar days, we are at middle period of the project contract, having an actual accomplishment of 63.941% versus the programmed accomplishment of 64.630% , having a slippage of negative 0.691 percent.

[Audio] The next slide shows the statement of work accomplishment. This slide reflects the actual project movement per payable item. Those boxed item are the active activities in the previous week..

[Audio] Again, those boxed item are the items having an accomplishment for the past week. As per table, most active items are under bill number 3 under back up are with roro ramp fill..

[Audio] To show the summary, same as the one reflected on the time elapsed, we have a negative slippage of 0.690% compared to last week which is positive 0.078 percent.

[Audio] In particular, bill number 2, item 2.06 : Extraction of existing rocks/ structures prior to the construction of anchor wall, and item 2.07: Removal of existing concrete blocks prior to the installation of anchor wall and sheet piles is an active item last week..

[Audio] Moreover, under bill number 3, item 3.03: Supply and Install Steel Waling and Splice Plates for Sheet Piles . Item 3.04 : Removal of existing concrete blocks prior to the installation of anchor wall and sheet piles.

[Audio] Item 3.05: Supply and Install Tie-Rod of Various Sizes at 60 mm x 12 meters Length. Item 3.06: Supply and Place 3,500 psi Concrete for Retaining Walls.

[Audio] Item 3.07: Supply and Install Steel Reinforcements to Retaining Walls. Item 3.10: Supply and Install Geotextile Fabric.

[Audio] Item 3.11: Supply and Place Sand and Gravel Fill, and Item 3.15: Supply and Place Aggregate Base Course, are the moving items last week..

[Audio] On the left part of the slide is the communication letter from PPA-head office stating the turn-over of the remaining quantity of Concrete blocks. Picture shows the actual retrieval of the blocks for stockpiling...

[Audio] The diagram reflects the actual status of the installation of steel waling and splice plates. Those areas at yellow box are the areas with the latest accomplishment. Reflected in the diagram that we have a remaining balance for installation of 25 meters or equivalent to 3 sets of steel walling..

[Audio] The diagram shows the cutting of piles development. Again, those boxed yellow are the latest accomplishment for the item. In the diagram, all piles has been cut to the required elevation. Thus, under 3.04 is completed..

Whereas, those colored green are tie-rod considered installed but not installed in actual. Those boxed yellow are the latest accomplishment while those colored red are the previous accomplishment for the item..

The colored royal blue are areas poured up to second leap of retaining wall as of July 16, 2022. While those in cyan color are areas poured at first leap of retaining wall only. Lastly, those in yellow are area poured at pile cap only. Moreover in the diagram, the colored green and boxed black is the remaining area for pouring of pile cap and first leap of retaining wall in order to close the reclamation area..

[Audio] This is the recorded pouring accomplishment as of June 25, 2022 to July 16, 2022. For the record, we have poured 261.90 cubic meters in the inclusion date..

[Audio] In total, we have accomplished 748.49 cubic meter of poured area which is more than fifty percent of the bill of quantity..

[Audio] Item 3.11: Supply and place sand and gravel fill. As per bill of quantity, we have a volume of 35,002 cubic meter versus the actual delivery of 31,205.75 cubic meter. As of today we have a balance of 3,796.25 cubic meter for delivery..

[Audio] Project Expenses. Under various materials, the total record on site is 58,765,771.85 pesos. Under Equipment rentals and equipment-related expenses, we have recorded 7,747,377.49 pesos. Lastly for the manpower, 3,420,488.12 pesos. To sum, we have recorded a site expense of 69,933,637.46 pesos, having a remaining budget at QTO of 48,439,388.70 pesos. Please correct us if we have lapses in our recording for future references..

[Audio] As for the billing status, we have reported at project accomplishment report as of June 25, 2022 an accomplishment of 69.808 percent. More or less billable at 15%..
