El sujeto de una oración es la persona o cosa que realiza la acción del verbo. Se utilizan los pronombres en función de sujeto cuando el pronombre es el sujeto de la oración.

CARACTERISTICAS:
• Estos pronombres siempre funcionan como sujeto, es decir van delante del verbo al principio de la
oraclön.
I am his sister
Hi is at school
They are very ill
(Soy su hermana)
(Esté en el colegio)
(Estén muy enfermos)
• Cuando la frase es afirmativa o negativa, estos pronombres van al principio de la frase, pero cuando es
interrogativa, van deträs del auxiliar.
We live in La Rioja
She doesn't eat rice

CUIDADO: Aunque en castellano haya muchas veces que no ponemos el sujeto, en inglés hay que ponerlo
siempre.
