Use it for an improved experience, security & compliance. [Audio] A notification message informs users of new incoming customer conversations. Pop up will show 2 min prior to time out. It is a pop up that can only be seen if working on CP, not on any window. You cannot answer calls by clicking on the notification because SAP Service Cloud is a web-based platform and we need to comply with data protection under such environment. Your SAP Service Cloud screen needs to be on your main screen to see the notification. SAP Service Cloud time out will be opened for 2h while you work with tickets. Therefore, you will be logged out from your SAP Cloud after 2h of access. A pop up will appear when Service Cloud is about to time out so user can still reactivate the current session before expiring. If working only with CP, after 1h will log you out. Due to security reasons, the extension cannot be over 2h..

Search Call Productivity Notifications User Menu Quick Links to access your active day-to-day work Create Edit Refresh Kanban board to easily access too your teams and your active day-to-day activities. To expand and collapse the work centres. CM 0 Terminology ILT November 2023 Work Centres are Business Objects, where the operations are carried out. Depending on your role you will see some work centres or others. In COpC we do not use the work centres Calendar, nor the icons Productivity or Notifications. By default in your Home Work Centre you will always find your Quick Links and Kanban boards. You can add extra cards, like My Filters, to your Home Work Centre by clicking on the Edit button. The + sign will allow you to create a manual ticket. Do not use the + sign to create appointments or phone calls..
