Who are we?. We are careers on the go, and we are looking to provide mobile career presentations to young adults on the cusp of entering the “real world.”.

Why is career mentoring important?. Children are not always exposed to multiple careers throughout their life and may not know what is even possible or what would make them happy in a career, so having a program available to explore their possibilities could help them tremendously. Participation in career education programs increases the likelihood of high school graduation. In fact, students who participated in career mentoring and on-the-job internships had the lowest dropout rates..

Services we provide. We at Careers on the Go believe everyone is entitled to a career they love! Sometimes this can be a confusing and complex process for those both just entering the workforce and for those struggling finding joy in their current career. At Careers on the Go we come to you! We offer mobile career counseling that will help each person figure out what field would be best for them based off interests and connect them with the right resources to achieve this goal.

Innovative Technology. We provide services that use innovative technology to provide accurate information and find the career related resources that people need. We at Careers on the Go like to showcase our commitment to using innovative technology by using some of it to show others that there are options for them that they may not have thought of. We do this by using a transportation vehicle that uses a remote refueling services. This shows those who are interested that a desk job is not the only thing out there. Entrepreneurship is also an option and we support the ideas of those trying to steer us in the future.

Mobile refueling. To demonstrate our goal of connecting people to fulfilling careers we like to illustrate options. To do this we use a service that is not common and can be easily exhibited Mobile refueling services show that an individual can also have success in something that they were not aware existed. Mobile refueling services are the future. They save time, are efficient, and are convenient – these are all traits that customers look for – and that we wish to teach each individual we help. This idea just showcases what a successful business can look like, while also supplying our program with the necessary fuel also..

Funding. Careers in the Go would be a non-profit organization where we would receive funding through grants, donations, and government program funding For example – the mobile refueling company could sponsor us - along with the Job and Family Services or Community Action in each area if possible.
