[Audio] For the past five years, Udhyam has been focused on scaling its social impact. We have been able to reach 3L Delhi students with our Business Blasters program, launch EMC in Delhi schools in July, and design a successful project at Christel House with our Coa12LPG product-market fit. In 2018, we launched Udhyam Vyapaar, Deeksha, and a substantial summer program. In 2020, we continued to move forward, utilizing OKRs, CMM, sNPS and expanding our reach to Kerala, Assam, and Maharashtra. With these solutions in place, we are becoming more resilient, more connected, and better suited to serving the world..

[Audio] At Udhyam, we are proud to have established meaningful and impactful programs to support our mission of unlocking the dreams of the most vulnerable and aspiring India. As of 2020, we have supported over 1.2 million students since 2017. In 2017, we began with our first program, Christel House, where we implemented a workshop model with a focus on experiential learning and real world experience. To further our progress, in 2018 we began Udhyam Vyapaar, a 2 to 4 week summer program. By the end of 2018, we had our reach of 1200 students. Moreover, in 2019 we launched EMC program with a newly created curriculum which has impacted 7.5 million students across 1000+ schools and launched a pilot project with Coal2LPG which impacted 50 vyapaaris. At Udhyam, we are devoted to unlocking the dreams of aspiring and vulnerable India and strive to continually expand our outreach for the benefit of many..

[Audio] In 2020, Udhyam accomplished impressive and significant milestones in the area of employee engagement and HR. We branched out into Uttarakhand, Nagaland, Punjab, and Andhra Pradesh. In Delhi, a 60 crore budget program for 3 lakh students dubbed Business Blasters was established by the government. Internal changes saw Shyam Suryanarayanan take the reins of Shiksha from Krishnan. The Vyapaar program was broadened to Chennai and Coal2LPG was escalated. Structure and systems such as OKRs, CMM, and Student NPS were developed and optimized. This year, we are looking to extend our reach to Madhya Pradesh and Telangana. We likewise have new solutions teams in Indore, Bangalore, and Delhi.
