Visiting Hours and Policies for Inpatients General Visitation Policy to Ensure our patients and their families Privacy and Safety Families, Parent, Legal Guardian and Support Person Visitation Visiting time is from 10:00 AM to 10 PM All visitors are requested to limit their visits to 30 minutes out of the consideration for others who will be waiting to see same patient. Maximum of 2 inpatient visitors from closest family members. No visitors with flu-like or respiratory illness symptoms should be allowed. A Parents or legal guardians are welcome to be present 24 hours a day ( for pediatric patients).

Hospital Beds Your child will be placed in a bed or crib appropriate to his or her size. If your child requires a crib, he or she must sleep there. To protect the health and safety of your child, co-sleeping is not allowed. Your child’s nurse will teach you how to operate the bed. Side rails must be “up” at all times, unless you are directly attending to your child at the bedside..

Call Bells Nurse call bells are located at each bedside and can be used to call your / child’s nurse at any time, if no answer maybe they are busy attending other calls. If urgent, you can reach the Charge Nurse or Team Leader in mobile number will be provided..

Meal Service Timings: Breakfast- 06:30-07:30 Lunch- 12:00-13:00 Dinner- 06:30-07:30 Food menu selection will be offer , so you can select your preferred meal during hospitalization , please fill the menu selection daily..

Personal Items – Personal care: Upon admission personal item will be available in your room. During your child’s stay, we will supply diapers, wipes, hospital gowns, and pajama bottoms. Do not leave your valuable items unattended..
