[Audio] There are more than just one type of Breast cancer. There are ductal and Lobular. Ductal type means that the cancer is found in the ducts of the breast. Lobular type means that the cancer is found in the lobules of the breast. There is also in situ and invasive type of breast cancer. In situ stays in the breast ducts and doesn't spread while invasive spreads to surrounding breast tissue and mainly spread to other body parts..

[Audio] Now what are some prevention tips. For everyone Maintaing healthy weight, Avoiding or limiting alcohol consumption, and Avoiding hormonal therapy after menopause. For those with high risk Getting genetic testing don, taking medicines such as tamoxifen or raloxifene, and getting more frequent check up such as mammograms or breast MRI can help..
