Our past class was very successful . We once organized baking class at Brooklyn and Queens , New York since all of our chef studied there before they decided to open the bakery. All of the participants were satisfied with lecture and time here. We are excited to spread the happiness to all dessert's lover in every country. We started off as a bakery that offers a wide variety of desserts such as creampuffs, macaroons, cupcakes, muffins, and cakes. Years after years, we expand our brand with diverse professional pastry chefs until Baeking is the first bakery that comes to people's minds when they are being asked about their favourite bakery in Malaysia, including Chef Ramsay when he visited this country in 2019 (stated by him in Harian Metro newspaper). In July 2020, we held an exclusive baking class and by judging the success of it, we decided to open a few more baking classes, just for you! Get ready to grab a slot for yourself or even for your family and friends as we are sure you don't want to miss this session. For the first time in these years, we offer more than one package of baking classes so you can pick any package that suit your preferences.

Undoubtedly, this is good for kids' growth meanwhile, the parents may look after their kids on their own. This package will provide class for cakes comes with special addition of creampuff. Initially, the cakes that will be included in this package are shaped cakes and Cassata cake which is originated in Sicily, Italy. Happy news for kids! You may decide any shape you want for the shaped cakes session. We bring to you a fabulous Malay baker, Afrina Ezzati with 10 years' experience in Sicily, Italy that will be in- charged for this family package. She used to work at La Pasticceria Maria Grammatico which is one of the famous bakeries in Sicily. Overall, this package will include three sessions which are shaped cake session, Cassata cake session and not to forget, creampuff session. The classes will be conducted for two consecutive days, Saturday and Sunday, from 2.00 p.m. until 5.00 p.m. couple Tired of the same activi es with yo partner or best friend? Try out the co package from our baking class! You definitely enjoy baking bento ca -e, pavlova and chocolate with your partner. We open this package for two people of ages between 15 to 30. Our instructor, Nur Amira Syafiqah, who is freshly graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, Tokyo right after studied at Kolej Matrikulasi Selangor, will teach both of you the exquisite recipe that you will never find elsewhere. The class will be exciting as you get to customize the bento cake's design yourself with the icing and fruits provided. Miss Syafiqah will also teach you step- by-step to make the meringue-based pavlova and chocolate. Her chocolate recipe is unique than the famous chocolate brands. You might think that we were exaggerating, but you will know once you tried it! Throughout our class, you will get to learn new recipes while spending more time with your partner. Do not , we are here to help you. Other than the 9 a Its, now, the kids also can enjoy the arts of king. The Junior Package are open for the kids ged 5 to 12 years old for only RM30 for 2 session. The class will be held every weekend from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for the morning session and from 3p.m. to 5p.m. for the evening session. For those who seek to teach their child to be independent, we would say that this is one of the best opportunity that you will have. The kids will be given the chance to do everything by themselves. You do not have to worry about the safety of your child since we have four trained assistant other than the teachers to guide and take a good care of your child. Here, the kids will learn the basics of baking. We will allow them to explore every ingredients and equipment used in a fun and interactive way. The peak of the session will be the cupcake decorating. We will give the freedom to the kids to decorate the cupcakes based on their •creativity and imaginations.
