[Audio] In this presentation, we will go through the process overview of pre onboarding BGC case management. we will touch upon what Discrepancy means and some of the most common discrepancies we come across, the Checks or Task types which are handled by this team and the Process flow. In this module, we also have documents which explain how the discrepancies are handled, the Service Level Agreement ( SLA), Mailbox and Templates which we commonly use and a few key points that need to be remembered..
