INTERNAL TALENT POOL.
Interviews were conducted with all the workers in the camp and details were collected and updated about their work experience, educational background and skills. For internal hirings: All the vacancies are being posted on the camp’s bulletin board and shared on the WhatsApp groups in order to give the chance for those who are interested to apply. Also the recruitment team is considering the talent pool as a first source for candidates CVs. Note: The talent pool is created for the purpose of increasing the employees’ motivation and retention rate by filling up vacancies through promotions..

2. PROFILE UPDATE DIGITAL FORMS.
2.1 purpose of the forms. Profile update digital form was created in 5 different languages to give the chance for all the employees even those who are not proficient in English to share with the HR department any update about their educational backgrounds and skills. If a job requires good English communication skills, in that case the employee will be provided with all the necessary learning courses. So, whenever any employee submits this form, the new details will be updated in the talent pool as soon as the Employee welfare officer receives a notification email about any submission..

3. EXIT INTERVIEW.
3.1 Purpose of the exit interview. The main purpose of conducting exit interview with the resigned employees is to identify the reasons why people are leaving the company by: Analyzing the exit interview results Addressing the issues and sorting it out By sorting out the issues, the employees’ retention rate will increase. 4.1 Purpose of the suggestion box. The main purpose from creating the suggestion box in both digital and physical forms is to show to the employees that their opinions matter to us. Note: It’s not required from the employees to mention their details when they submit any suggestion. This will let them feel safe and suggest whatever they want..

5. COMPLAINTS BOX.
5.1 purpose of the complaints box:. The complaint box allows the employees to voice out their issues without mentioning their names. The issue might be related to their work conditions, supervisor…etc. Once the complaint is received, the HR department will do the necessary investigations and sort out the issue as soon as possible..

6. WORKERS REPRESENTATIVES.
6.1 Purpose from assigning representatives for the workers.
6.2 The Employee Welfare Officer during his weekly meeting with the representatives.
7. EMPLOYEE TRAININGS.
7.1 The type of trainings that will be conducted.
7.2 How the programs will be presented. The classes will be organized per nationality. Each training program will be recorded on videos in different languages with friendly interfaces to pass the information in an easy way By the end of each program, the employees will be tested through digital tests in order to make sure whether or not they understand all the points which are covered in the videos. Tests results will be evaluated and those who will not obtain the required score will re-attend the program..

8. WORKERS ACTIVITIES.
8.1 Purpose of the workers activities. The main purpose of organizing activities in the camp is: To increase the employees 'engagement level To promote the team work in the workplace by encouraging the employees to cooperate and work together to achieve a goal.

12. The implementation of digital checklist. Digital checklists have been implemented in the camp for the following: pest control, hygiene and maintenance. Using these checklists makes the process faster and more efficient. Below are some of the created checklists:.

14. Hiring a dedicated and experienced F&B consultant.
15. Fire systems & civil defense inspection. Having a painted building is one of the major civil defense requirements prior conducting an inspection to identify the things that must be rectified to maintain high safety standards for the camp. Note that the painting work is almost done for the entire building and the same was communicated with the landlord in order to do the necessary with the civil defense inspection.
