The term Clinical governance refers to a group of responsibilities and relationships developed by health service organization in state or territory department of health, governing body, workforce, executive, consumers, clients and other stakeholders to make sure the clinical outcomes turn out good. Clinical governance is an integrated component of corporate governance of health service organisations (Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care, 2022). Clinical governance also have responsibility to ensure that the health service organisations and community deliver safe and high-quality care to clients (ACSQHC, 2022). Clinical governance consist of the National Model Clinical Governance Framework which have responsibility to improve issues along with implementing key clinical governance processes. Moreover, it also contribute to consistent National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards (ACSQHC, 2022)..

Furthermore, The National Model Clinical Governance Framework supports a mutual understanding of clinical governance among everyone working in health service organisations, including clinicians, managers and governing body members (ACSQHC, 2022). Continual Quality Improvement have a goal which consist of outcomes, operations, system process, improved work environment, or regulatory compliance (O'Donnell & Gupta, 2022). Continual Quality improvement includes defining the issue, benchmarking, setting a goal, then iterative quality improvement projects. With the help of iterative process, improvements are made, the effect of the improvements is measured, then the process is repeated until the required outcome is achieved (O'Donnell & Gupta, 2022) ..

Leadership have six types Transformational leadership- Individual under transformational leadership have responsibility to inspire confidence, respect staff and communication with loyalty by a common vision which may further results in strengthening of employee morale and increase in productivity, moreover, job satisfaction (Sfantou et al., 2017) . Transactional Leadership- Individual acts as manager of change to bring a positive and productive outcome by exchanging employees (Sfantou et al., 2017) . Autocratic Leadership- This leadership is considered in emergency situations. Individual as an autocratic leader have responsibility to make right decision accordingly to the situation without taking opinion from any staff member (Sfantou et al., 2017) . Laissez-faire Leadership- Individual acting as a Laissez-faire Leader does not make any decisions , However, staff acts without any supervision (Sfantou et al., 2017) (Chang & Daly, n.d.) . Task-oriented Leadership- according to this leadership, planning is been placed for all the activities, clarification of roles within a team or a group of people. Goal set as well as the continuing monitoring and performance of process (Sfantou et al., 2017) .
