Spray gloves with IPA periodically within the filling suite..

Spray any surface before it is used within the filling suite with IPA..

NEVER grab anything from the floor during a fill. If you ever must, the object would need to be sprayed with IPA and gloves would need to be changed..

If a hole becomes present in your glove(s), return to the gowning room and replace your glove(s) or apply another glove(s) over the current one..

Never place anything on a shelf lower than knee level..

Never unzip and open your gown exposing your scrubs, within the graded rooms..

NEVER use a chair as a form of transporting anything. Its unsafe for whatever you are transporting and not clean..

Spray gloved hands PRIOR to putting them into the isolator glove ports and once you REMOVE your gloved hands as well..

Do NOT break first air over vials or components. If you do, reject what is required per the SOP..

Do NOT touch the isolator gloves or “poke” or “play” with them when not using the gloves for filling activities. This causes disturbances in air flow within the isolator..

Do a brief inspection of the isolator glove PRIOR to putting your hand in the glove EACH TIME . Check around where the glove attaches to the isolator, this will be a common area for holes to form. If you notice one, notify supervision IMMEDIATLY ..

Move in the filling suite in a controlled pace, with deliberate movements . When beginning to enter the glove ports with your gloved hand and when you are within the isolator, movements need to be in a SLOW deliberate motion..
