[Audio] Extra Mile. Extra Mile. Yuke Ariyama. Ariyama-san demonstrated strong contribution and is willing to take the adventure helping team and customers by expanding her coverage. Her contribution brings the team operations and customer coverage to a better shape.
Extra Mile. Ruben Berango. Ruben has recently joined the Telco TAM team. However, he has already proven himself to be reliable, showcasing a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to the success of his accounts. Recently, during a major outage with AMDOCS, Ruben went above and beyond, providing tireless support throughout the weekend and continuing through the following week until the issue was fully resolved. His dedication was instrumental in stabilising the situation and restoring service He managed the situation with remarkable composure, effectively handling customer pressure even as tensions rose. His dedication and resilience under challenging circumstances have solidified his reputation as a trusted resource for both the account team and the customer..
Extra Mile. Qi Shi. Qi is the only Storage TAM in China and he earns lots of respect and recognition due to his strong technical expertise in Storage. He worked very hard to support performance issues when customer is running an outdated version of Ceph, and collaborated with Inspur a lot to do lots of testing to move the issues forward. He is flexible to join customer meetings onsite, and hands-on job to support testing scenarios, along with around 10 reports to explain the technical parts. With such kind of activities, customer believed Qi can help them more in the future, which convinced them to upgrade a Shared TAM to a Dedicated TAM in Q3..

Unsung Hero. Vinayak Sharma. "Vinayak is technically very skilled and has proven his ability to manage challenging customers and situations, drawing from his experience with customers like Grameenphone and AMDOCS over the past year The Global Head of Amdocs for IT Infra MS Operations (Rani Katz) openly thanked Red Hat's dedication and high quality of support on both a technical and even engagement basis. Rani highlighted the name of Vinayak for his excellent support. This was also seconded by Rohit Khanna, Amdocs, APAC Head for IT Infra MS operations, who acknowledged that he was pleasantly surprised to join a call at 3 AM and noted that Vinayak was also actively engaged and present supporting a critical issue. Even the APAC Partner Manager (Israel Pascal) praised Vinayak and shared that they somehow got to speak and also have heard so many positive things about Red HAT TAM support over the past. The positive experience Amdocs is acknowledging is allowing us to push for another possible (JBoss) TAM. The account team was very appreciative of Vinayak for his highest quality of service towards Amdocs PLDT/Smart team. Grameenphone CIO Niranjan Srinivasan Divisional Head, Information Technology praised Vinayak for his outstanding support, saying, "Vinayak is an asset to Red Hat and to the customers he supports”.

Tech Evangelist. Weinan Zhang. Weinan gave a 30-minute demo to our new partner, Selerity, showcasing RH Openshift capabilities. his clear and concise explanation of our offerings, including the Openshift hybrid cloud console, allowed Selerity to understand the value we can bring to their organization. This demonstration was instrumental in helping us progress the partnership discussions and identify potential areas of collaboration..
Tech Evangelist. Richard lsrael. "Richard manages several critical accounts, including two highly demanding and time-consuming NPSS accounts. He excels in maintaining proactive, timely communication with customers while delivering efficient technical support, making him a highly reliable asset to the Telco team. His efforts are greatly appreciated by the account stakeholders. In a recent high severity situation in one of his NPSS accounts, his commitment played a crucial role in stabilising the situation and restoring service. He approached the challenge with exceptional calm, skillfully managing customer pressure as tensions escalated. His perseverance and strength in difficult situations have firmly established him as a reliable asset for both the account team and the customer".
[Audio] The Bond. The Bond. Monika Gugnani. Monika Gugnani is Dedicated RHOCP TAM for AMEX and has consistently driven a very proactive TAM engagement for AMEX. In the process she's developed strong relationships with her TAM contacts and members of account teams resulting in multiple perfect 10 TAM Survey results over the years. Account team has also time and again sent notes of appreciations for Monika's contributions to AMEX..
The Bond. Mike Cao. Mike is our team lead, and is actively supporting others as well. He is handling 5 accounts with a great customer focus mindset. He adjusted the strategy to support customers with regular case summary report and also a clear communication way to improve communication transparency issue on customer side. Meanwhile, he is actively contributing to TAM initiatives led by team leads in APAC. He supported one Account Day activity for a potential customer to show TAM value, and prepared one topic for APAC TAM webinar (delivered on Oct 10). He acts a bridge between SA team and P&GE team with reward recognition from P&GE team..
