But he was skeptical to realize his wish, as he won’t be physically present at the time of construction due to his professional commitments..

Now that, you have made your choice, I would like to take you through the complete process which will clear your doubts, if there are any, about the process..

First and Foremost step is, you just have to inform us the dimensions of your land upon which you wish to construct your dream house..

After we get the dimensions, we will draft at least 6 different 2D plans from 6 different perspectives and show them to you, if you wish to change, add or remove something within those plans you can do so easily at this stage and finalize your choice..

After you finalize the 2D plan.., we will head towards the actual proposed construction site to measure the land as per technical specifications and at the same time we will start designing the 3D model of your “would be dream home” which we will submit to you at a later stage..

After the planning stage, we will enter the stage which we call “ASPIRATIONS” where in you will find the material, accessories, and items from the beginning to the end of construction process… from which “YOU” will choose everything according to your needs, taste and budget..

When we say, you will choose everything, it means you will choose everything without ANY IF’s & BUT’s..

Once we are done with ASPIRATIONS stage., W e will s ubmit 3 quotations to you for the actual cost of proposed construction of your dream home..

The 1st quotation will be AS PER YOUR CHOICE, meaning… whatever choices you have made at Aspirations stage with regards to material, accessories and items… will be covered in this quotation., nothing more., nothing less..

The 2nd quotation will consist of materials, accessories and items which will be just A level up from your choices which you have made at aspirations stage..

The 3rd quotation will consist of materials, accessories and items which will be just A level down from your choices which you have made at aspirations stage..

After the quotations stage, we will mutually set the proposed construction completion timeline for your project and payment method ..

After we are done with project’s completion timeline and Payment methods we will submit to you the 3D model of your “would be dream home ”. Please bear in mind that, The 3D model of your dream home will give you an idea how your dream home will look like after the construction is completed..

After going through different processes of construction with the representative of Seattle Construction Hyderabad, Mr. Zayed said….
