Alumni Engagement Survey Output. ‹#›. The survey was divided into 4 sections (Profile analysis, Curriculum analysis, Engagement analysis and Continuous learning expectation) the inferences drawn from each section helped us in planning alumni engagement activities for the year 2021-2022 as follows: The decrease in the rate of engagement - the city chapter meets ‘Guftagu’ was started to bridge the gap between alumni and the institute.Where the alumni have the opportunity to get together with one another, ISDM faculty and the founders. The 6 cities chosen for the same are the ones where our maximum alumni are residing. This led to engaging 30% alums. Ineffective alumni Network- the virtual meet & greet and city chapter meets to facilitate across batch interaction and creating a platform for networking among the community which is spread across the country. Discontinued AlmaConnect as a networking platform and engaging alumni through Whatsapp and linkedIn ISDM alumni group. Using Whatsapp and linkedIn as primary platform for communication The access to audit term 7 elective courses and the LMS (learning management system) is an outcome for the demand of continuing the learning journeys by alumni. Engaged the alumni, who volunteered to engage with the current batch in the survey to conduct mock interviews under the subject writing in discipline..
