The participants are, parents, care givers, teachers from organizations affiliated to AIDSL. Expenses are met by the organization and the resource persons are graduates of the National Institute of Education. This certificate program will be upgraded to Diploma program with an extended period & inclusion of practical exchange which activates to enhance skills & knowledge, resulting in more training centres demographically with skilled & knowledgeable teachers/ trainers..
