Agila search for outstanding police non-commissioned officers 2022 (Eastern ViSayas region)

In celebration of National Eagles Week (June 15-22, 2022), The Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles of Eastern Visayas Region-1 , spearheaded by KUTA KANKABATO EAGLES CLUB (KKEC) , and in coordination with the region's Police Provincial Offices, City/Municipal Police Stations and thru the support of various sponsors, launches the Search for Outstanding Police Non-Commissioned Officers in Eastern Visayas Region. It aims to recognize the exceptional and outstanding achievements of the particular men and women in the region's Philippine National Police, as a means of motivation towards conscientious and efficient performance of duties..

A. General Objectives: The Search envisions to give recognition to the Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCO) in Region 8, for extraordinary acts or achievements in line and beyond the call of duty under any or all of the following impacts: > the act or achievement is of considerable importance and value to the community, to the Philippine National Police and to our country; > the act or achievement has earned the respect and accolade of the citizens for the law and the unit which he belongs ; > the act or achievement has significantly contributed to the maintenance of peace and order in the community. In summary, the main aim is to help maintain the high standard of excellence and service of our region's policemen, by way of recognition, to gain full trust and confidence from the public..

B. Guidelines & Criteria: 1. The Search is open to all full-time Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCO) in Region 8, with at least five (5) years of continuous active service, whether assigned at the stations, operations, administrative, technical services, directorial staff, command group or other PNP Task Forces and special units; 2. Previous winners of similar Search and members of TFOE-PE are disqualified; 3. The PNCO nominees must be those with rank of PSSG to PEMS; 4. The nominee must be nominated thru a formal letter of indorsement by the latter's nominator ( i.e : Provincial Director/Regional Commander RSU's/City Director/Battalion Commander RMFB ), citing therein the exceptional achievement/s of the nominee which is/are contributory to the PNP program and in accordance to the impacts mentioned in the General Objectives of this Search;.

5. There shall only be one (1) nominee per Provincial Police Office; 6. The nominee must have a very satisfactory ratings from the last two (2) semesters (July to December 2021 & January to June 2022); 7. The nominee or nominator or their duly authorized representative must, on or before September 30, 2022, submit to KKEC In-charge, the nominee's Folder containing the following: a) Nominator's Indorsement (with cited exceptional achievements of the nominee ); b) Nominee's Resumé ; c) Certified true copies of certificates of trainings/seminars, commendations, awards , recognitions, photo or newspaper clips of cited achievements; d) IAS (Police Clearance); e) Affidavit of no pending case (criminal and administrative); f) IPCRs for the rating periods July to December 2021 & January to June 2022;.

8. The KKEC Screening Committee, after having evaluated the individual folders of the nominees, shall notify only the qualified nominees (folder evaluation passers) for interview; 9. The nominees shall be rated under two (2) criteria: Folder Evaluation 60 % (orderliness, neatness and authenticity of documents/impact of achievements) Interview 40 % (appearance, knowledge, proper decorum & communication skills) ______ TOTAL : 100 %.

10. Only the top three (3) raters shall be declared as Awardees in a prestigious ceremony on December 2022, to wit: 1 st Placer – P15,000.00 & plaque of recognition 2 nd Placer – P10,000.00 & plaque of recognition 3 rd Placer – P 5,000.00 & plaque of recognition Awardees will be published in a newspaper of local circulation and broadcasted in local TV and radio media..
