When we consider ourselves to be future educators, we want everything to go smoothly and in the right order. When it comes to excellent school-community collaboration, we wanted to make sure that everyone involved had strong supportive relationships, because we believe that this is what makes good school-community collaboration work. As future educators, we learned that we must also cultivate positive relationships with the community in order to reinforce values, culture, and educational opportunities.

As pre-service and future teachers, we must have strong personal and professional qualities in order to be prepared, especially in today's modern and changing learning environment. We must be adaptable, enthusiastic, good role models, mentors, and so on as teachers. It is our responsibility, whether we like it or not, because we chose to be in this profession, so be it, and do it with truthful acceptance and willingness wholeheartedly.

Regarding our interview and webinar, we learned and realized that dealing with the situations we would face as pre-service teachers would require a significant amount of time, knowledge, and skill. The most common and important characteristics we require to become effective teachers are adaptability and caring. We must learn to adapt and blend in with students, parents, and other stakeholders. Caring is one of the most common characteristics, yet it makes everyone feel like they belong and has a positive impact on the lives of many people.

The goal of our interview with the teacher is to learn as much as we can about the knowledge and wisdom that the teacher shares with us as future educators. They share to us their personal and professional attributes that will benefit us in the future when we become professional teachers. They also share the awards they have received in order to motivate, encourage, and inspire us to work hard and become humble professional teachers in the future.

Scene 11

This activity taught us and made us realize that teaching is a difficult profession. We'll face plenty of new challenges that will test our strength and courage.   To be successful in this field, we must be disciplined and determined in all aspects of our work. We learned a lot about what we'll need as pre-service teachers, as well as the important qualities we'll need to develop in order to be effective teachers in the future. Being adaptable to any situation is an example of a skill that we learned.
