What is Skills Framework (SFW). Skills Framework is an integral component of the Industry Transformation Maps which is co-created together by Employers, Industry Associations, Education Institutions, Unions and Government for our local Singapore workforce. It helps provides information on the key sectors, various occupations/job roles as well as the required existing and emerging skills. It also helps to build deep skills for a lean workforce, enhance business competitiveness and supports employment and employability..
Who is It for?. Everybody and anybody from a fresh grad job seeker, mid career switchers, freelancers or even people looking for a choice of study can use the Skills Framework to help them understand what are the skills and competencies required of the specified job role to enrol for relevant education and training programmes in the listing..
