[Audio] Hybrid Work Locations • As part of trial, Huber has assigned best coworking locations which will be visible on the workspace listing page • Users can book desks and meeting rooms based on their choice and availability • Click the BOOK SEAT button to view the details of selected location for booking the resource.

[Audio] My Bookings • Users can view all their bookings in Upcoming and Completed pages in the Booking section • All upcoming details will be visible in the Upcoming tab • After successful completion of utilization, the entries will be moved to Completed tab. All completed bookings will be visible in the Completed tab. • Users can rate and review the venue based on their experience. Huber requests all users to rate and review the workspace. It helps to improve the quality of workspace experience..

[Audio] ∙ Your safety is our highest priority and we are taking strict measures to ensure it. In order to do this, we are allowing only fully vaccinated individuals into our spaces and request you to display your final vaccination certificate at entry. ∙ Please carry your govt ID card. Only Driver Licence, Aadhar Card or Passport will be accepted and the hard copy of the same will need to be shown to our Community Team for identity verification. ∙ Download the Aarogya Setu app before reaching your new workspace. Access will be denied to visitors and members if the Aarogya Setu App shows 'high' or 'moderate' risk. ∙ Wearing a mask is mandatory. ∙ Workspaces will be active on weekdays ( MON-FRI) from 9 AM - 6 PM. Things to Remember Guest Policy : If you plan to invite guests to the space during your booking, you must book a conference room large enough to accommodate your party or they will need to create a separate booking. Your guests will check-in at Community bar on the ground floor . Please come to the Community bar on the ground floor to escort them into the workspace. Parking : In case you are bringing a vehicle please share the registration number with the workspace. Parking is subject to availability and charges may applicable.
