[Audio] We have achieved significant milestones in the zoning locational clearances/zoning certifications process, with a total of 80 commercial locational clearances, 8 institutional locational clearances, and numerous residential locational clearances. Notably, we have issued 59 residential electrification projects, as well as projects in sitios Arabica, Quarry, Batasan Kuda, Tawan-Tawan, Avocado, and Secret Valley, amounting to 32, 34, 18, 2, 20, and 13 respectively. Moreover, we have assisted 41 project proposals submitted to the Office of the Vice President, which are ongoing. Additionally, we have conducted the first-ever CSO conference, involving 29 CSOs. All reports, including SPMS, IPCR, and PBB, are submitted on the prescribed due dates with 100% accuracy. Out of these, five were successfully concluded, whereas five remained active, and five underwent bidding procedures. Concurrently, fifty-five projects awaited implementation. [Audio] The total number of continuing projects from CY-2022 downward has reached 197, comprising 63 economic, 115 social, and 19 environmental components. Of these projects, 69 have been completed, while 61 remain ongoing, and 13 await bidding. Additionally, there are 54 projects that have not yet been implemented..

[Audio] Our office has made significant progress in completing 74 projects out of a total of 267 continuing projects from last year's cycle. Currently, there are 66 ongoing projects, and 18 projects are undergoing bidding processes. Additionally, there are still 109 projects that have not yet been implemented. [Audio] The accomplishments of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator's office in terms of Barangay Projects from 2021 to 2023 are presented in the table below. Most of the projects have been completed, with a few still ongoing. Notably, Obial and Sta. Maria barangays have made significant progress, with eight and seven projects respectively completed. In contrast, Sangay and Datu Wasay barangays have fewer completed projects, with only one project each finished.
