Proposed Solution. Today identification of role group assignment for users is not straight forward in M365. Similar to Azure Access Control we propose M365 Access Control center. This will display all the role group assignment for users from M365 perspective. Admin can click on “View my Access” to get a tabular representation of their role group assignments. Admins can use the find feature to retrieve user specific role group assignment. Admin can generate role group assignment per workload as needed..
