PROCEDURE. Chop the lemon peels into squares, about 4 centimetres height and 2 centimetres width. Put it in boiling water and stir it for about 5-10 minutes. After boiling, take the water out and let it cool down. Cover it in sugar and leave it overnight. After leaving it overnight, put it in a hot pan and add 2 tbs of lemon juice.
