Money Distress = fear and anxiety because for whatever reason you really don’t  have enough money Can’t pay your regular payments Miss credit or loan instalments Live from wage to wage or  paycheck  to  paycheck Have to use credit to pay for essentials or existing debt

Money Stress = fear and anxiety because you think you don’t  have enough money, but the opposite might be true Subtle – not easy to spot Seems normal to be anxious or fearful of not having enough money

Do you recognise any of these signs? Overwork to earn more – no matter how much more you earn, you’re never satisfied; the ‘what-ifs of life’ dominate your thoughts Underspend – uncomfortable to spend – postpone spending as much as possible Mis-save – save for the wrong reasons - not spending is not a good reason to save  Summary of Money Stress We don’t feel free to make financial choices to enjoy life more – that is the main problem!
