[Audio] System Flow Chart RPRMD (R-M-S--) will generate the alphalist from O-P-R-M-S and Upload the List of Qualified N-U-P for CA nupas for RHQ NUP and DPRMD, R-M-S for Districts N-U-P will verify the alphalist uploaded by R-P-R-M-D (R-M-S--) to identify who are the qualified N-U-P for CA. Once verified, they will issue a certification and upload the corresponding appointment orders from R-P-R-M-S R-M-S-. RPRMD (R-M-S--) will verify the Appointment Orders and Personnel Status uploaded by nupas, R-H-Q and DPRMD, R-M-S--. After that, they will issue order to all qualified N-U-P for publication. Once uploaded, the R-C-D (P-B-A-S-) will request the funding for Qualified N-U-P for CA and the same time they are releasing the NCA/NFA from T-D-C R-C-D (Accounting Section) will issue a Journal Entry Voucher. RFU-NCR will issue a LDDAP-ADA to Qualified N-U-P for the releasing of Clothing Allowance.
