[Virtual Presenter] Onboarding Training Day 3 Access Management.

[Virtual Presenter] The purpose of these slides is to provide an outline of the ACP Access Management by exposing the concepts related to Profiles, Groups and Users.

[Audio] Profiles The Profiles are configured to control users' rights to Read Create Update Delete and Run Workflows in Axe Credit Portal. Each Financial Institution creates different Profiles in order to assign them to users. Each Profile is identified by a unique shortname or identifier. A-C-P user administrator has the possibility to add as many profiles as he wants. Through a dedicated configuration screen in ACP Menu each Financial Institution can create different profiles in order to assign them to users. Profiles are used to manage user’s access rights to Read Create Update Delete and Run Workflows in Axe Credit Portal Application. (E.g.: The Golden profil has all access and rights inside ACP) The profile configuration screen aims to Create Edit or Delete Profiles from the Database and/or stop workflow privilege for each profile. All created and saved Profiles will be listed in the grid with Profile Names and Short names and each saved Profile has a unique ID in the database. You can also choose a specific dashboard configuration for each profile..

[Audio] Profile Access Rights Profile Access Rights are the specific rights assigned to each profile. Profile Access Rights can cover all A-C-P components (Screens Tabs Groups Fields). Profile Access Rights can specify the profile’s ability to Start / Stop the Workflow. Each Profile should have its specific access rights otherwise the user assigned to that profile won’t have access to ACP. Note : Why Should I go to “Profile Access Right” ? You need to specify the different rights of each profile otherwise the user assigned to this profile wouldn’t have any access right and this is by selecting the access rights (Read Create Update Delete) of the profile for the different screens It’s very important to not forget to go through all the items of the application (E.g.: Corporate Facility Retail Lending ……) Once done you can also edit fields and buttons of each screen. And now what about a guided visit ?.

[Audio] Groups The groups are configured to better design and master the workflows Each group is identified by a unique shortname or identifier You have the possibility to add as much groups as you want Each user can be assigned to one or many groups Groups are especially used to better design and master the workflows. The groups configuration screen aims to Create Edit or Delete Groups from the Database. All created and saved Groups will be listed in the grid with Group Names and Short names. And each group is identified by a unique shortname or identifier. Each user would be assigned to a group and in fine each group would have a supervisor to control it. Remarks: ACP user administrator has the possibility to add as many profiles & groups as he wants. You might also need to assign an Internal Segment for the Group. And now what about a guided visit ?.

[Audio] Users Once mapped and saved the active Users will be recognized by ACP Each user is identified by a unique shortname or identifier You have the possibility to assign the user to one or more groups and profiles Each user should be active in order to access ACP Within the A-C-P user screen the user’s shortname field must be disabled because it’s the identifier in the Active Directory. Once mapped & saved the active users will be recognized by ACP. In addition to that the below details can be managed via this configuration screen: The specific dashboard / Home page The specific default language The digital signature email phone number position … Assign one or many business segments to the selected user You can also activate/deactivate the instruction guidelines functionality and/or the access to the A-C-P mobile version.

[Audio] Users and Profiles/Groups Relationship Users Profiles Each user should be assigned to one profile in order to have access to ACP If the user has more than one profile his access will be specified by the aggregation of access rights assigned to those profiles. Groups Each user should be assigned to at least one group in order to be involved in a workflow process If the user is selected as a supervisor in a group he will be considered as the coordinator in a Workflow process and might assign review and execute tasks for his team. A-C-P user administrator has the possibility to assign the selected user to one or many profiles & groups as he wants. The Connected User List screen is used to display the list of users that are currently connected to the application. And now what about a guided visit ?.
