[Audio] Welcome back to another AppSterix presentation. In this presentation we will be looking at the Today Screen in more detail, lets begin..

[Audio] Let's first introduce you to Appsterix figures. You will see this logos throughout the screens. Waiting – will be in the synchronizing screen Happy- when you have reached your targets Sad- when targets are not reached, and lastly Recommendation- helps you to increase sales by recommending other products, or SKUs that you can add on to your order bases on the lines you've already ordered, or what other customers around your customer orders, and so on..

[Audio] This is our Home Screen or Today Screen after the automated sync has been done. This screen is a summarized version of what you must do, and where you are at. You will see your Sales Targets, what you have achieved so far as well, and your Open orders. Same for your Power SKUs targets, and Non-Deliveries which are full orders that have been returned by customers. Team Status will show you progress in % for you and your team members. Messages, if you have received any there will be a summary in number, and where the message is from. Today's mission will show you what you have done ( number of orders, returns and stores visited.) Lastly on this screen we have the Start Day button that you press when you are starting to work. We will be looking into the screen in more detail on the upcoming slides..

[Audio] First part we are going to look at is Controls. We have the Sync Icon and the Alerts Icon..

[Audio] When clicking on synchronization control, a window will open, in which the system will suggest two types of synchronization: 'Full' or 'Upload Only'. A synchronization icon will only appear on external screens and not on internal screens like visits screens. Please make sure you always perform only full sync so the you will be up-to-date all the time. System will always let you know when Sync has failed, and why it has failed. Also, if one of the items has failed to sync, the system will give a notification, and suggest the solution. Please note that most cases when the system fails to sync, it is because the Tunnel is not connected..

[Audio] This control works as an alert to you, to let you know if the is any messages, or Surveys and Tasks that are pending for you. There's 2 ways of checking if you have alerts. Firstly, on the bell which will have a RED exclamation, Secondly on the Today Screen under messages there will be a summery in number and where the message comes from. To see details of the messages, Tasks and Surveys you will need to Click on the " Tasks and Chats" Tab on your left..

[Audio] Next part of we are looking at is the Targets. On the screen Sales, PSKUs, and Non-Delivery Targets are displayed, you will also see progress as well. You also have access to more detailed targets by clicking on Target Info button, or simply click on Extended Targets Tab on the left..
